Carlos Carbajal, Developer

After growing up in the high-altitude desert of New Mexico, Carlos arrived in the Bay Area as a part of the first tech invasion in the late 1990’s.  He earned a brown belt in PowerPoint after spending 20 years in various marketing roles at Intel and Dolby Laboratories.

Carlos left the tech industry in 2015 to pursue real estate ventures full time which has culminated in the Tiny Townhouse project which is his first ground-up development.

Carlos is a fierce lover and protector of canines.

Will Henderson, Architect

Originally from rural Wisconsin, Will went to college on the east coast at Amherst College. From there, Will spent years living in Taiwan teaching English and helping local entrepreneurs get their first web sites built.

After returning to the USA, he landed in the the Bay Area and after a short stint at a start-up, he decided architecture would be the best use of his broad skills. So, he attended architecture graduate school at the University of Oregon.

Practicing architecture for the last couple of decades, Will has worked at some larger Bay Area firms, but now takes on special projects independently and also serves as lead architect for design/build firm Outerlands.

Will lives in San Francisco with his family, including his pandemic puppy, who loves Carlos.
